Photographs and videos broadcast by NK News on Sunday and Monday showed that a huge led display was added to the top of Pyongyang's iconic building, the Liu Jing Hotel (105 stories high).
Photos and video show that the screen occupies at least five floors and has a tapered structure. It can be seen that a huge North Korean flag is flying in the wind.
It is unclear whether this led video wall panel outdoor can be seen on all four sides of the building.

Speaking of this Liujing Hotel, its construction can be described as “a wave of twists and turns.” Since its construction in 1987, the initial budget was 750 million U.S. dollars, equivalent to 2% of North Korea’s GDP at that time. After the completion of the structural project in 1992 due to financial problems, the construction was suspended and the new construction was resumed in 2008. When completed, it will be the world's largest hotel with 3,000 rooms and the 7th tallest building in the world.
